I'm a grad student, trying desperately to lose the weight I've gained since I started college in 2005. It's been a gain of at least fifty pounds, and even then I wasn't at my ideal weight according to BMI charts. Still, I learned that BMI can be terribly misleading if you have above average lean body mass.
I've defined a new measure for my healthy weight:
New Goal = 155lbs
155lbs - 118.401lbs = 36.599lbs
36.599lbs / 155lbs = 23.6% body fat
